Pickup Rules
Please read our pickup rules carefully:
- Pickup is available Sunday–Friday during business hours. We are closed on Saturdays and Jewish holidays. Please check our Google store hours for the most accurate information.
- Orders must be picked up within 2 hours of the selected pickup time. Orders not collected within this window will be frozen.
- All orders must be picked up within 48 hours of placement due to product perishability. Orders not collected within 48 hours may be handled at our discretion.
Ship Date vs Delivery Date: The date you select above is the ship date, not the delivery date. Orders ship via UPS Next Day and usually arrive within 1-2 business days after shipment.
Customers may choose to send an Uber, Lyft, or courier to pick up their order.
How it works:
- Select Uber Pickup date and time slot.
- We notify you once the order is ready.
- Once your order is ready, you can call an Uber.
- Call us with the license plate number, driver details, and ETA.
- We hand the package to the driver, packed in insulated bags to withstand a short transit time.
Important: Aaron's Gourmet is not responsible for the Uber delivery process once the order leaves our store. Additionally, a service fee will be included in checkout.
