Large Dumplings like dim sum, a large meaty kreplach. Put them in soups, or fry them after boiling. Boil for 5 minutes.
BOILING DIRECTIONS:
1 Quart of water for every dozen.
Add 1 heaping teaspoon salt per every quart of water.
Bring water to a rapid boil
Add dumplings, then lower heat to medium, stirring slowly
When water starts to bubble again, lower to low
Wait 3-5 minutes, remove with straining spoon, spoon with little holes. Do not put one on top of the other while cold.
If adding to liquid, you may add either cold or warm, hot.
If frying, wait until fully cooled off, add olive oil to pan, warm pan and add dumplings. Do not turn with spoon. Just move the pan in and out.
