Our Turducken is a kosher turkey stuffed with a kosher duck stuffed with a kosher chicken and is 16-18 lbs raw weight. The birds are stuffed with choice of stuffing: Challah and Organic Vegetable Stuffing Rice Pilav, Mixed Beans, Potatoes (GF), Quinoa and Organic Vegetables (GF), Buckwheat and organic vegetables (GF), Noodles and many others are available. We specialize in using organic ingredients and pasture raised items. Any version can be custom designed. See our new versions which include lamb, bison and beef.
